From June 18th to 21st, a new stop on the “We Are Acimac” tour to strengthen the presence of Made in Italy in the Asian market.
The international exhibition tour of We Are Acimac continues. This collective brand, promoted by Acimac (the Italian Association of Manufacturers of Machinery and Equipment for Ceramics), aims to showcase Italian technological excellence around the world. From 18 to 21 June, Italian companies will take part in Ceramics China, one of the most important trade shows in Asia for ceramic technologies, held in Area A of the Canton Fair Complex in Guangzhou.
Eight Italian companies will exhibit within the collective booth organised by Acimac: L.B. – Officine Meccaniche, Officine Smac, Origostyle, Poppi Clementino, Setec, Gruppo B&T, Stylgraph and Tecnografica. Additionally, Sacmi and other Italian companies will be present through their local agents and distributors.
This participation marks a strategic presence in a market currently experiencing a slowdown, yet still crucial for the industry’s global dynamics. In 2023, China accounted for 2.6% of Italian ceramic machinery exports, with a total value of 44.9 million euros.
Despite current economic challenges, participating in Ceramics China represents an important opportunity to maintain active relationships with local partners and stakeholders, strengthen the positioning of Italian companies in the Asian market, and reaffirm the quality and added value of Made in Italy technologies. The trade show also offers significant visibility for participating brands, providing a platform to present cutting-edge solutions and engage directly with buyers and manufacturers from across the Far East. In a constantly evolving global context, Acimac reaffirms its commitment to supporting the international growth of its member companies, even in complex markets. A consistent presence remains the first step towards seizing new opportunities and tackling the challenges of the global marketplace.
